ELLIPSE OEC

Ellipse OEC is an online service developed with the intention to improve the quality of education provided by the educational institutions (for eg schools) and allows transparency for the parent into the environment in which their child is getting education.

It incorporates specially designed devices to eliminate the additional effort required by the school staff, such as data entry works, and thereby promotes the effective use of the system. Camber integrates various modules such as student admission, student performance, extra curricular activities, fee details and collection, staff payroll, staff attendance, leave, store, accounts, library etc. The application is well organized so that users can be assigned to different modules and can restrict access to pre-determined data segments. An administrative user can grant or revoke access to other users or can selectively install required module of the application for a particular user.

Camber also has built-in SMS facility by which automatic or manual alerts can be sent to parents informing them about certain situations. For eg. automatic reminders can be sent to parents regarding the fee payment or can sent alerts o parents who missed the due date to pay the fees.
